The Built Ford Tough Invitational was a historic event for the PBR two years ago and the success of the event brings bull riding back to the Big Apple for a third straight time. The Built Ford Tough Invitational is the second BFTS event of 2009 and once again legendary Madison Square Garden (which hasn't previously had a rodeo since 1959) hosts the event.
