The Wrangler ProRodeo Tour was started in 2000 as a showcase for the top competitors and rodeos in the PRCA. The tour is divided into 2 sections, the Winter Series and the Summer Series.
Each section makes a 12-city tour with the final round of a major rodeo serving as the tour round in which cowboys and Cowgirls compete for tour points to qualify for the Winter Series championship, the Pace Chute-Out.
The tour stops are televised and feature the best in rodeo from the stock, to event, to the rodeo cowboys.
The 12-stops on the Wrangler ProRodeo Winter Tour are:
- Jan. 14 SandHills Stock Show and Rodeo (Event Results) in Odessa, TX.
