The Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeo is the first stop on the Wrangler ProRodeo Winter Tour, the PRCA's premier 12-city series of rodeos that culminates in the Pace Picante ProRodeo Chute-Out. This year was the first time the rodeo has been on the tour and was greeted with a sell-out crowds and wild rodeo action!

2006 Sandhills Stock Show & Rodeo (Average) Winners:

• Bareback- Wes Stevenson / Logan Hodson tie (162 points on 2)
• Steer Wrestling- Chad Van Campen (14.2 seconds with 3 runs)
• Team Roping- Travis Tryan and Allen Bach (16.2 seconds with 3 runs)
• Saddle Bronc- Chad Ferley (166 points on 2)
• Tie-Down- Monty Lewis (28.3 seconds with 3 runs)
• Barrel Racing- Sabrina Ketcham (42.62 with 3 runs)
• Bull Riding- Dusty Higgins (160 points on 2)

Wrangler Tour Point Leaders:
