SHARK Comments on About Rodeo

Wednesday May 31, 2006
A person claiming to be Steve Hindi, president of SHARK (SHowing Animals Respect and Kindness) has decided to join us here on About Rodeo by leaving a comment on the post concerning Starbucks Caving in to the animal rights group. While I have no way to tell if this is really Mr. Hindi, I thought that I would take time to answer the statements made in the comment and clear up some misconceptions made about rodeo by this group.

We’ve already discovered you can not argue with ignorance! These activists/protestors are ignorant to the facts and the lifestyle.

I attend a number of rodeos each year(in Canada & US) I usually see “Animal Rights” protestors at these events. This year I noticed something…their footwear or belts. Some of these people are wearing leather products. Talk about the blind being lead by the blind!

Have any of these people ever been in a Rodeo. I doubt it because if did they would know if you ride a horse or a bull you can tell that they love it just as much as you do.

These are the same kind of attention-deprived morons that join groups like PETA (People Eating Tasty Animals). Besides, this gives them something to do when they’re not repulsively picketing the funerals of American military people lost in action.

These are bad people. As Ted Nugent suggests, the only solution is to gather them all up. And [bleep] them.

FROM ABOUT RODEO:
As much as I may or may not agree… Let’s keep it civil !
