Ty Murray and Jewel to Appear on Dancing with the Stars

A bit of shocking news (if only because I never thought I'd ever see the day) was announced today that Ty Murray and his wife Jewel will be competing on this season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. I think it's a good move to expose our rodeo stars to shows as popular as this. You know people will be intrigued at the very least although one wonders how much crossover there will be between the rodeo and dancing audiences. Now don't get me wrong here, I think its a good idea BUT the test will be in the first costume Ty will have to wear. Jewel is going to be fine (and honestly I'm looking forward to seeing her) but if Ty can pull off whatever they put him in, he'll be fine. What do you think?
